A Cylindrical Grinding Operator is responsible for operating cylindrical grinding machines to produce precision cylindrical components with accurate dimensions, smooth surface finish, and tight tolerances according to engineering drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate cylindrical grinding machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Grind external and internal cylindrical surfaces to required dimensions.
Measure finished parts using micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges.
Ensure surface finish, concentricity, and dimensional accuracy.
Dress grinding wheels and perform basic machine maintenance.
Follow quality standards and workplace safety procedures.
Inspect finished components and maintain production records.

Skills Required: Precision measurement, blueprint reading, machine setup, grinding techniques, attention to detail, and quality inspection.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
