Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve the Company's sales and revenue goals.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business prospects.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, quotations, and service offerings to prospective clients.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Production teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Manage the complete sales pipeline, maintain CRM records, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets.
Represent the Company at business meetings, networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and industry conferences.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, customer acquisition, and business development activities.
Stay updated with industry trends, customer requirements, market developments, and emerging business opportunities.

Key Requirements




7–9 years of experience in Business Development/B2B Sales, preferably in the IT/IT-enabled services industry.
International client handling and business development experience preferred.
Experience in USA, UK, and European markets is an advantage.
Robust English communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Proven track record in lead generation, sales conversion, and achieving revenue targets.
Hands-on experience with CRM, LinkedIn, email outreach, and digital sales channels.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities, when required.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
