Working hours: 9:30am to 6:30pm [Monday to Friday]

HR EXECUTIVE

Salary Offered: 5 to 6.0 Lacs PA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
Manage onboarding documentation, employee records, induction, and joining formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave, late coming, and employee database records.
Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, joining, and exit details.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and documentation.
Assist with probation confirmation,



performance review documentation, and exit formalities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an advantage.
3 to 5 years of relevant HR experience (adjust based on your requirement).
Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processes, and HR best practices.
Experience with HRMS/HRIS software is an advantage.
