Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customer enquiries
Generate leads through telecalling and follow-ups
Contact prospective buyers and explain project details
Convert leads into site visits and property bookings
Promote residential flats and real estate projects
Maintain customer database and sales records
Build robust relationships with clients
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
