Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and execute procurement activities for construction projects.
Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and contracts with suppliers.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
Ensure timely procurement of construction materials, machinery, and equipment.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Store teams regarding material requirements.
Monitor inventory levels and prevent material shortages or overstocking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and recent vendors.
Compare quotations and prepare comparative statements for management approval.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and budget.
Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including quality and delivery concerns.




Prepare procurement reports and MIS for management.

Required Skills
Robust negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of construction materials and procurement processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of ERP software, MS Excel, and procurement systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
