Med Q is looking for a skilled Lab Technician to join our energetic team. This is a shift-based role, ideal for candidates with 6 months to 6 years of experience in clinical or diagnostic laboratories. The Lab Technician will perform sample collection, testing, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and quality in all laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect, prepare, and analyze patient samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) according to standard procedures.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
Accurately record and report test results in lab records and systems.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
Prepare reagents, solutions, and assist in routine lab maintenance.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely procurement of lab supplies.




Support senior staff in diagnostic and research activities.
Follow SOPs and comply with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or equivalent.
Experience: 6 months to 6 years in a clinical or diagnostic lab.
