We are seeking a detail-oriented Site Audit Executive for a hybrid field-and-office role. The candidate will spend approximately 8–10 days per month in office at client locations conducting audits and verifications, with the remaining working days in our office handling ITR filing, GST returns, and accounting work.
Key Responsibilities
On-site (8–10 days/month):
Conduct physical verification of inventory, fixed assets, and cash at client sites
Perform stock audits, site inspections, and compliance checks
Verify records against books of accounts and report discrepancies
Prepare detailed audit reports and documentation
In-office (remaining days):
File Income Tax Returns (ITRs) for individuals and businesses
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping
Maintain books of accounts and reconciliations
Support compliance and advisory tasks as needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter or equivalent
Practical knowledge of ITR filing, GST returns, and accounting
Proficiency in Tally and Excel
Familiarity with income tax and GST portals
Solid analytical and observation skills with attention to detail
Positive written and verbal communication
Willingness to travel to client sites regularly
