Must have led large-scale initiatives in Databricks-heavy Data Engineering strategy, platform modernization, Data Lakehouse architecture, and Data Mesh adoption.
Ability to define and drive the strategic roadmap for talent acquisition, staffing, and L&D.; Responsible for scaling the practice and optimizing resource utilization.
A solid history of leading presales and solutioning for deals of all sizes, with the executive presence to engage effectively with senior customers.
Proven expertise in building IP/accelerators for up-to-date Data & AI platforms, including exposure to Gen AI.
A solid orchestrator capable of seamless collaboration across different teams.
Should have significant onsite experience and be ready for short-term global travel (US, EU, or APAC).
