Monitor patients' vital signs, clinical condition, and response to treatment.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
Prepare patients for diagnostic tests, surgeries, and medical procedures.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
Educate patients and their families regarding treatment, medications, and discharge instructions.
Follow infection prevention and control protocols at all times.
Ensure patient safety by adhering to hospital policies and nursing standards.
Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams for effective patient care.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide basic and advanced life support when required.
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of patient care areas and medical equipment.
Participate in nursing handovers, ward rounds, and continuous quality improvement activities.
Comply with NABH standards, hospital policies, and ethical nursing practices.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
