Core Responsibilities and Tasks
Installation: Setting up recent AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems, including ductwork fabrication and refrigerant piping.
Maintenance & Inspection: Performing routine check-ups, cleaning coils, changing filters, checking refrigerant levels, and ensuring optimal system efficiency.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing faults using specialized tools and repairing or replacing defective parts.
Customer Service: Explaining issues to clients, providing repair options, and recommending system upgrades.
Safety & Compliance: Ensuring installations and repairs comply with local building codes, electrical requirements, and environmental regulations.
Administrative Tasks: Completing service reports, managing inventory, and documenting work digitally.
