Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project momentum and achieve desired results within defined timelines and quality standards.

Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.




Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences Industry.
Strong project management capabilities including planning, execution, and risk management within complex settings.
Experience in applying standard methodologies and tools to monitor and control service level agreements.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable solutions across teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and decision-making.

Additional Information:
