Job Title: Supervisor

Salary: ₹15,000– ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Supervisor to oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure work is completed efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, be proactive, and maintain a positive and productive work workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Allocate work and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with the Manager to achieve operational goals.
Handle employee concerns and resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Ensure quality standards and workplace safety are maintained.




Prepare daily reports and maintain operational records.
Train and guide new employees as required.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of company equipment and resources.

Requirements
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
Positive leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, if required.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
