Job Descritpion of Networking with C/C++ Developer

8 to 10 Years Relevant Experience

We are looking for a highly skilled C/C++ Developer with robust expertise in networking and security-focused application development. The role involves designing, coding, and debugging networking applications on multicore, multithreaded platforms, with a focus on security protocols and compliance to standards. You will work closely with engineering teams to deliver robust, high-performance networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and debug networking and security-related software in C/C++ on multicore, multithreaded platforms.
Work on application-layer security projects, including OpenSSH, TLS/SSL, PKI, AAA, RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, SCTP/TCP/IP.
Implement and maintain secure communication protocols and authentication mechanisms.
Contribute to security compliance efforts, including Common Criteria, FIPS, and NIST standards.
Perform OpenSSH bring-up and related integrations where required.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define deployment scenarios and system requirements.




Use source control tools such as Git for code management.
Respond quickly and accurately to technical requests from customers and partners.

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent).
Robust coding and debugging skills in C/C++.
In-depth experience with networking protocol development and application-layer security.
Hands-on experience with OpenSSH, TELNET, OpenSSL/TLS, PKI, OCSP, AAA, RADIUS, TACACS+, LDAP, SCTP/TCP/IP.
Familiarity with security compliance frameworks such as Common Criteria, FIPS, and NIST.
Experience using SCM tools like Git.

Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in OpenSSH bring-up.
Ability to understand end-to-end deployment scenarios for complex products.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive team contributor with a problem-solving mindset.
