Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to foster skilled growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
Experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
Strong understanding of cloud-based software development and deployment practices.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce environments.
Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
