Job Title: Civil Site Engineer
Department: Construction / Engineering
Reports To: Project Manager / Senior Site Engineer

Job Summary

The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction activities at project sites. The role involves ensuring that work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Execution of Bridge and Road projects
Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities on site.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
Ensure construction work complies with project requirements and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project teams.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project records.
Manage labor, materials, machinery, and other site resources efficiently.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Perform quality checks on materials and workmanship.
Assist in project planning, scheduling,



and cost control activities.
Maintain proper documentation, records, and site reports.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site management.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and project documentation.
Familiarity with quantity estimation, billing, and quality control procedures.
Understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
