We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage and oversee our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime, thorough knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS, TCS), and proven hands-on experience managing daily cash books, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Daily Accounting & Bookkeeping: Manage daily cash flow, maintain cash/bank books, verify petty cash, and update journals in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
Taxation & Compliance: Handle end-to-end processing, filing, and compliance for GST (returns, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, matching), TDS, and TCS calculations and deposits.
Invoicing & Billing: Generate, review, and maintain sales/purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Banking & Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor/client ledger reconciliations, and balance checks.
Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and audit documentation.
Vendor & Client Management: Follow up on receivables, manage payables, and ensure timely vendor disbursements.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree (M.Com/MBA Finance).
Experience: 3 to 6+ years of relevant experience in senior accounting roles.
Software: Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Tax Expertise: Robust, up-to-date working knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS laws and online portal filings.
Sound knowledge of finalization of accounts, ledger balance checks, and statutory compliance.
