Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project financing activities for solar projects.
Manage debt financing with banks, NBFCs, and investors.
Prepare financial models, project viability studies, and funding plans.
Handle equity fundraising and investor coordination.
Manage banking relationships, treasury operations, and cash flow planning.
Ensure compliance with financing agreements and statutory requirements.
Present treasury reports and financing updates to senior management.
