We are looking for an experienced and motivated Home Loan & LAP Sales Executive to join our Pratap Nagar Branch in Jodhpur. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring customers and achieving loan disbursement targets.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP).
Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
Coordinate with customers for loan applications and required documentation.
Maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
Conduct market visits and develop current customer sources.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP sales.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Solid sales and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the local market will be an advantage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
