Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage PU production operations to achieve daily and monthly targets
Plan production schedules, manage raw material inventory, and optimize workflow
Ensure maximum machine utilization with minimal downtime
Supervise and guide the production team for effective manpower deployment
Maintain QA/QC standards throughout the production cycle
Coordinate with internal departments such as Design, Purchase, and Dispatch
Generate detailed production reports and analytics using MS Excel

Required Skills:

Experience - 3 -5 years of expertise in PU footwear production.
