Thank Gourd is looking for a passionate and hardworking Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, hygiene standards, and teamwork. You will work closely with senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality.
Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs in food preparation and cooking activities
Prepare ingredients such as chopping vegetables, sauces, and basic mise en place
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Follow kitchen SOPs, food safety, and sanitation standards
Support smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen management
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
