About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Tele Sales Counsellor to guide prospective students through our courses and programs. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for helping individuals make informed educational and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students/leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Understand candidates' educational background, career goals, and requirements.
Provide detailed information about courses, certifications, admissions processes, fees, and career opportunities.
Counsel and guide students in selecting the most suitable program based on their needs.
Follow up regularly with interested candidates and maintain robust relationships.
Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counselling and sales techniques.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and admissions in the CRM system.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Handle student queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.




Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in tele sales, education counselling, admissions, or customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Robust persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
Positive attitude, confidence, and customer-centric approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
