Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive (PPC)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with expertise in PPC campaigns to drive high-quality leads, optimize ad performance, and maximize ROI across Google and Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Set up and track conversions using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.




Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective ad spend.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing/PPC.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Google Search Console.
Robust analytical and data interpretation skills.
Knowledge of A/B testing, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus).

Preferred Industry: Real Estate, E-commerce, or Lead Generation.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Narsinghpur, Gurugram, Haryana
