Qualification: Phd (Microbiology)

Experience: 5 to 12 Years

Salary: 45000 to 50000

Location: Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and validate microbiology laboratory investigations and reports.
Interpret culture, sensitivity, and molecular diagnostic results.
Advise clinicians on diagnosis and appropriate antimicrobial therapy.
Lead infection prevention and hospital infection surveillance programs.
Develop and monitor antimicrobial stewardship policies.
Ensure compliance with NABL/NABH standards, quality control, and SOPs.
Investigate healthcare-associated infection outbreaks.
Oversee laboratory quality assurance, biosafety, and accreditation activities.
Train and mentor residents, laboratory technologists, and junior staff.
Participate in clinical meetings, audits, research, and continuing medical education (CME).

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
