Key Responsibilities :
Production Management :
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in composite layup, vacuum bagging, autoclave curing, trimming, and bonding operations.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, optimize workflow, and minimize downtime.
Monitor production output, yield, and scrap rates, initiating corrective actions as needed.
Quality & Compliance :
Ensure strict adherence to process sheets, work instructions, and quality standards (AS9100 / aerospace & defense requirements).
Conduct in-process inspections, support quality audits, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Promote a culture of “right-first-time” manufacturing.
People Supervision :
Lead, train, and motivate operators and laminators to follow best practices in composites manufacturing.
Manage shift rosters, allocate manpower effectively, and resolve shop floor challenges.
Ensure workforce discipline, safety compliance, and continuous skill development.
Process Improvement :
Drive lean manufacturing practices, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Support introduction of new materials, tooling, and automated technologies.




Collaborate with engineering and planning teams to improve manufacturability and reduce rework.
Health, Safety & Environment :
Enforce EHS standards during handling of composites, resins, adhesives, and autoclave operations.
Ensure secure disposal of hazardous materials and compliance with environmental guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience :
Diploma/ ITI / B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Production, Aerospace, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in composites manufacturing (preferably aerospace & defense sector).
Solid understanding of prepreg layup, resin infusion, autoclave curing, trimming, drilling, and bonding processes.

Skills & Competencies :
Leadership and team management skills.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Hands-on knowledge of composite materials, tooling, and production techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP exposure is an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
