Key Responsibilities:
Assist in basic Chinese food preparation and cooking.
Handle chopping, cutting, marination, and mise en place.
Support the Chinese Chef during daily kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation.
Follow food safety, quality, and kitchen SOPs.
Ensure proper storage and minimize food wastage.
Support timely food preparation during service.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen preferred.
Basic knowledge of Chinese ingredients and cooking methods.
Valuable hygiene and kitchen discipline.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
