Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day backend office operations and administrative activities.
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
Coordinate with the sales, production, dispatch, and accounts teams.
Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records.
Handle email correspondence, client communication, and follow-ups.
Prepare MIS reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Update and manage data using Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.




Support order processing and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
Assist management with operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in backend office operations, administration, or sales coordination.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
Experience with ERP software is preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
