Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise shop floor activities and manage workers
Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved
Monitor product quality and reduce defects
Maintain discipline and safety on the shop floor
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Prepare daily production reports
Requirements:
Valuable leadership and communication skills
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
