Job Summary

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to develop customer relationships, generate recent business, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Acquire current customers and develop existing customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other channels.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
5 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or business development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive negotiation and convincing abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Target-driven and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹19,177.93 - ₹40,074.70 per month
