Textile Sales Executive

Job Summary

Sell textile products such as yarn, fabric and finished goods to wholesale buyers, retailers, garment manufacturers and institutions within the assigned territory. Build and maintain robust buyer relationships while achieving monthly sales volume and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Visit wholesale textile markets, garment units and retail buyers in the assigned territory.
Present fabric and yarn samples and explain product properties such as count, weave, GSM and composition.
Generate leads and acquire new buyer accounts through market visits and referrals.
Negotiate pricing, MOQ and payment terms with buyers.
Coordinate with production and dispatch teams for sample and bulk deliveries.




Follow up on outstanding payments and manage credit limits.
Track stock availability and communicate product availability to buyers.
Attend textile trade exhibitions and buyer meets.
Report competitor products, pricing and market feedback.
Achieve monthly sales volume and revenue targets.

Requirements
Any Graduate or Diploma; textile/fashion knowledge preferred.
1–4 years of experience in textile sales or a related field.
Knowledge of yarn counts, fabric types, GSM and textile products.
Sample presentation and buyer negotiation skills.
Order booking and follow-up skills.
Credit and payment follow-up experience.
Tamil communication skills.
Two-wheeler preferred.

Pay: ₹20,800.00 - ₹33,300.00 per month
