We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities
Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs
Plan and implement employee engagement activities
Assist in performance appraisal and evaluation processes
Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Coordinate with branch locations and support HR operations
Willingness to travel to different branches as required

Requirements:
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
2+ years of experience in HR preferred
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Robust coordination and organizational skills
Willingness to travel as part of the job

Location: Kochi

Food, Accomodation & Performance Incentives will be provided.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
