Mentor and support junior team members to foster skilled growth and skill development.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere.
Solid expertise in designing scalable software architectures and implementing best practices for code quality.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams through complex software development projects.
Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining alignment with business goals.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration of custom solutions within enterprise environments.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere.
This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ office.
