BVM Trans Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a responsible and proactive Executive – Operations to manage day-to-day transportation activities and ensure smooth execution of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate vehicle movements and route planning
Monitor driver performance and trip status
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of consignments
Maintain operational MIS reports and documentation
Communicate with clients regarding shipment updates
Handle issue resolution during transit
Manage day-to-day transport operations.
Plan and allocate vehicles based on operational requirements.
Coordinate with transport vendors for vehicle availability and timely placement.
Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle placement, shipment status, and delivery updates.
Prepare, verify, and process transport bills and related documents.




Monitor vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery.
Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth execution of daily activities.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.

Requirements:
Any Degree
Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle field and office operations
