Job Description: Junior Executive (Operations)

Roles and Responsibility:

v Learning and p rocessing of placed orders/ generating invoices

v Observing the process of preparing shipping documents such as Commercial Invoices, AWB, E-Way bills, etc., for ongoing shipments.

v Scan Barcodes for incoming and outgoing goods

v Learn the process involved in c oordinating 3pl team to process the order on time.

v Coordinating with courier/ logistics partners to pickup/ Deliver the orders on time.

Learning the 5S practices

Requirements

Basic requirements :

v any graduation

v Min 65% aggregate throughout the semester.

v Basic knowledge of the E-commerce platform.

v knowledge of MS Excel.

v Versatile to work at all times.

v English proficiency is a must.

Added advantages:

v Hindi languages.

v certification in MS Excel will be added advantage.

v knowledge of cities in zone wise/District wise
