VLH Bansal Motors is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to coordinate between customers and the workshop team and ensure a smooth vehicle service experience.

Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
Prepare job cards and service estimates.
Explain required repairs and maintenance to customers.
Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff.
Monitor vehicle repair and service progress.
Provide customers with regular service updates.
Coordinate vehicle inspection, billing and delivery.
Handle customer concerns professionally.
Maintain service records and customer history.
Follow up with customers after service.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor preferred.
Automobile dealership/workshop experience preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Technical understanding of commercial vehicles will be an advantage.
Ability to coordinate multiple jobs efficiently.
