Create creative and visually appealing designs for social media, advertisements, posters, banners, brochures, presentations, and digital campaigns.
Develop creative concepts and convert briefs or ideas into professional visual designs.
Design Instagram/Facebook posts, reels covers, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.
Maintain consistent brand identity, colours, typography, layouts, and visual style across all designs.
Create and edit logos, illustrations, icons, infographics, and other visual assets.
Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, InDesign, and Figma as required.
Understand client requirements and prepare designs according to the given brief.
Coordinate with the content, marketing, video editing, and creative teams to develop complete campaigns.
Make necessary revisions based on client or management feedback.
Prepare final artwork in suitable formats for digital publishing and print production.
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Keep designs aligned with current graphic design, social media, and marketing trends.
Maintain and organize design files, templates, source files,



and brand assets.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute current creative ideas.
Ensure all final designs are high-quality, error-free, visually balanced, and brand appropriate.
Support marketing campaigns by creating promotional materials according to campaign objectives.
Basic video/reel editing and motion graphics knowledge can be an added advantage.

Skills & Qualifications
Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva/CorelDRAW or similar design software.
Creative thinking and strong attention to detail.
Ability to understand briefs and communicate design ideas clearly.
Positive time-management and ability to work under deadlines.
Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
Robust portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills.
Knowledge of social media design and digital marketing creatives is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
