Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize support workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills related to data platform operations and support.
Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting distributed data processing systems.
Ability to work with complex system architectures and integrate multiple data components.
Familiarity with incident management and root cause analysis techniques.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse technical teams and stakeholders.
