Job Summary:

The Restaurant Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for guests by greeting them, managing seating arrangements, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude and escort them to their tables.
Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow and timely table allocation.
Address guest inquiries and provide basic information about the menu, promotions, and outlet services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception and waiting area.




Ensure every guest receives a positive first and last impression of the outlet.

Requirements:
Candidates only with positive communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a well-groomed appearance.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle guests professionally.
Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or customer service is preferred.
