Position: Site Engineer
Project: Cox Town Residential Project, Bengaluru

Role Overview:
Responsible for day-to-day site execution, supervision, quality control, coordination with contractors and workers, and ensuring construction activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily civil construction activities at site.
Ensure execution is as per structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and productivity.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and consultants.
Check dimensions, levels, reinforcement, shuttering, concrete, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and material consumption.
Identify site issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Assist in quantity measurements,



BOQ verification, and billing.
Monitor work progress against the project schedule and report delays.
Ensure proper implementation of site safety practices.
Coordinate inspections and resolve execution-related issues efficiently.

Preferred Profile:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant site experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of residential building construction.
Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
Positive understanding of measurements, BOQ, and construction practices.
Solid communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at the Cox Town project site, Bengaluru.

Pay: ₹16,890.00 - ₹24,699.00 per month
