Operations & Maintenance
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all MEP services including:
Electrical distribution systems, DG sets, UPS, transformers
HVAC systems (chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, VRV/VRF units)
Fire detection and protection systems
Plumbing, STP, WTP, and drainage systems
Elevators, escalators, and BMS systems
Develop and implement a preventive and predictive maintenance plan.
Ensure all equipment and systems are operated as per OEM standards.
Maintain up-to-date logbooks, checklists, and service reports.
