PLC Programmer / Robot Programmer

Experienced PLC & Robot Programmer with 3–5+ years of experience in industrial automation, specializing in programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting of FANUC and other industrial robots. Proficient in PLC programming, HMI development, robot integration, and automation of Special Purpose Machines (SPMs), welding cells, and material handling systems. Skilled in robot teaching, offline programming, commissioning, and interfacing robots with PLCs and peripheral devices to ensure reliable and effective operation.

Key Skills:
Robot Programming and Troubleshooting (FANUC, ABB, KUKA, Yaskawa, Kawasaki)
PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi, Delta)
Robot Teaching and Path Optimization
Spot Welding, Arc Welding, Material Handling, and Pick & Place Applications




HMI and SCADA Development
Integration of Sensors, Servo Drives, VFDs, and Safety Systems
Communication Protocols: Profinet, Profibus, Modbus, Ethernet/IP
Machine Commissioning, Debugging, and Customer Acceptance Trials (FAT/SAT)
Interpretation of Electrical Drawings and Automation Schematics

Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver reliable and effective automation solutions while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
