Role Overview:
We are looking for a Housekeeping Trainer who will be responsible for delivering end-to-end training to housekeeping staff across various sites. The role requires a hands-on approach with robust field presence to ensure quality training and implementation of standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct onboarding and refresher training for housekeeping staff
Ensure proper implementation of cleaning SOPs and hygiene standards
Provide in office (field) training and supervision
Assess staff performance and identify training needs
Maintain training records and reports

Requirements:
Prior experience in housekeeping training
Relevant certifications in housekeeping or facility management training
Willingness to travel and work on-field regularly
Solid communication and practical training skills

Preferred:
Experience in facility management industry

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
