As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Maintain and update documentation related to software development and system enhancements.
Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to optimize performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
Robust knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI modules to meet business requirements.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting components.
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
