Job Description
Supervising the work of their department technicians
Ensure effective implementation of the Quality System in their department
Preparing Test Procedures where necessary
Ensuring the quality of test results generated
Updating all documents and records in their department
Providing in house training to subordinates as and when required
Periodically assessing the subordinates w.r.to quality consciousness, quantity of work performed, discipline and overall behavior / attitude and suggest training needs
Maintaining confidentiality of information regarding patients.
