Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up and operate CNC lathe/milling machines for precision component manufacturing. The role involves ensuring production output meets drawing and quality specifications.

Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC lathe/milling machines as per job drawings and work instructions.
Load programs, select tools and set appropriate machining parameters.
Perform in-process inspections using Vernier, micrometer and height gauge.
Monitor machine performance and report deviations or breakdowns promptly.
Maintain production records and daily output logs.




Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines on the shop floor.
Carry out routine machine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with supervisors on tooling changes and job priorities.

Requirements
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Tool & Die Making or a related trade.
Hands-on experience operating CNC lathe or VMC machines.
Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic GD&T.;
Familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
Basic knowledge of Fanuc/Siemens control systems preferred.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Attention to detail and quality-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
