Logistics & Operations Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily transportation and vehicle schedules.
Assign vehicles and drivers based on operational requirements.
Monitor shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate with warehouses, transport partners, and customers.
Track vehicle utilization and optimize routes.
Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company policies.
Maintain records of dispatches, deliveries, and logistics documentation.
Handle operational issues and provide quick solutions.

Coordination & Reporting




Coordinate between sales, finance, warehouse, and transport teams.
Monitor operational costs and recommend cost-saving measures.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure accurate documentation and invoicing support.
Improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
