WE’RE HIRING QC MANAGER

Location: Bangalore, Bommasandra
Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: MSC/B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science
Industry: Food Manufacturing / FMCG

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented QC Manager to lead our Quality Control operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Quality Control operations
Monitor raw materials, in-process products, and finished products
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards
Develop and maintain SOPs, quality procedures, and documentation
Conduct quality inspections, audits, and process checks
Identify quality issues and implement CAPA
Coordinate closely with Production and other departments
Lead, train,



and manage the QC team
Handle customer complaints and conduct root-cause analysis
Maintain quality records, reports, and testing documentation

Candidate Requirements:
MSC/B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science
4–5 years of relevant experience in Food Manufacturing / FMCG
Robust knowledge of Food Safety & Quality Management
Positive leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage QC operations and teams effectively
