Assistant Chief Engineer – Resort | Key Responsibilities
Assist the Chief Engineer in managing daily engineering and maintenance operations.
Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, STP, water systems, and other MEP facilities.
Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Lead and supervise the engineering and maintenance team.
Ensure timely resolution of guest and departmental maintenance complaints.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and servicing.
Monitor utility consumption and support cost-control initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and statutory standards.
Maintain equipment records, AMC schedules, and maintenance reports.
Assist in budgeting, renovation, and engineering projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
