Job Title: Interior Designer & Execution Head

Location: Current Alipore, Kolkata, West Bengal (In-person)

Pay Range: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month

About the Role

We are urgently looking for a qualified, highly experienced Interior Designer & Execution Head to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design concepts and site execution, taking full ownership of 2D/3D , client communication, site Inspection & team management.

Key Responsibilities
CHECKING & GUIDING detailed 2D layouts, working drawings, and accurate 3D visualizations/renderings.
Lead end-to-end site execution, ensuring quality control, adherence to timelines, and workflow coordination for designing
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and troubleshoot designing challenges.
Communicate smoothly with clients, designers, supervisors & management

Must-Have Requirements
Experience:



Minimum 5 years in interior Project execution and 5 years in interior design.
Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
Languages: Trilingual fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali is required.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) for site visits.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of interior materials, application techniques, and market pricing., themes , conceptualization,
Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
