Job Summary

The Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for the day-to-day hands-on operation, preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of facility infrastructure across multiple engineering disciplines. This role demands a high level of versatility across Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Basic Civil/Carpentry work to ensure secure, continuous, and effective facility operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Electrical Systems
Inspect, maintain, and perform emergency troubleshooting on low-to-medium voltage electrical systems, distribution panels, breakers, and switches.
Perform routine maintenance on back-up power equipment, including Diesel Generators (DG Sets) and Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS).
Replace faulty wiring, fixtures, ballasts, sockets, and LED lighting components.
HVAC & Mechanical
Conduct daily checks and routine maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) units, split/package ACs, and air handling units (AHUs).
Monitor and repair pumps (booster, drainage, hydronic), valves, motors, compressors, and blowers.
Perform basic gas charging, filter cleaning, belt replacements, and pressure checks.
Plumbing & Sanitary




Maintain water supply networks, pumps, storage tanks, and drainage systems.
Repair leaky pipes, valves, taps, flush systems, water heaters, and sanitary fixtures.
Inspect and carry out basic maintenance on water filtration/treatment systems (RO, STP/ETP where applicable).
General Facilities & Civil Maintenance
Perform general facility upkeep, including minor wall patches, door hardware replacement, lock repairs, and basic carpentry.
Execute routine inspections of common areas, plant rooms, and critical equipment zones, keeping detailed logbooks.
Manage work orders efficiently using computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) or manual ticketing systems.
Safety & Compliance
Strictly adhere to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines, and site safety protocols.
Assist in monitoring external service contractors during specialized overhauls or fit-out activities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
