About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives across AI, Cloud, CRM, Mobile, and Enterprise Applications. The ideal candidate is a solid delivery leader with expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and managing cross-functional teams across global engagements.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through deployment and support.
Manage multiple Agile Scrum teams across onshore and offshore locations.
Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
Drive release planning, dependency management, and delivery governance.
Track project KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality, compliance,



and customer satisfaction.
Mentor project teams and promote Agile best practices.

Required Skills
15+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise software delivery.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
Strong experience managing Agile/Scrum projects.
Hands-on experience delivering AI, CRM, Cloud, Mobile, or Digital Transformation projects.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and SDLC best practices.
Solid stakeholder, vendor, and client management skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
